DuckDuckGo is blocked on my iPad

The icon is present but my iPad shuts it off It appears to be blocked.

How can I fix it?

DuckDuckGo app not working on my iPhone 7 running iOS 15.8.3 I’ve got an iPhone 7 running 15.8.3 (latest ver for this phone). I had been using the DDG app for the past 4 years with no issues at all. Yesterday the DDG app just quit working. Here’s what happens….. from my Home Screen I press the DDG icon, the screen changes to all white with a DDG logo for about 10-15 seconds then my Home Screen is displayed. NO DDG ! iPad won’t let me scroll up to get apps Red dot beside Wi-Fi. I can’t open my iPad or shut it down.
