Annoying warning texts on my iPhone

For the past few weeks, I have been getting these annoying and bothersome texts on my iPhone 11 stating things like my system is at risk of failure and my contact list could face threats from third party apps. I added a few of the texts for your browsing. Are these real or what can I do to put a stop to these annoying texts? Do I need some sort of added protection for my phone and all its info? Any help would be greatly appreciated because I'm at my wit's end with these **** texts. (And I just received another one as I'm doing this post). Aloha.

You can use the link immediately below the message to report them as spam. other than that, the only thing you can do is report them to your cellular carrier and the FTC.
