Watch Stuck On Sleep

Using an iPhone X and Nike watch SE. The watch is fully up to date on updates.

My watch is stuck on sleep, going into the control centre on my watch shows that sleep is off. It can be tuned back on, but the bed icon remains on the watch face and it won’t wake to raise anymore.

I’ve deleted and recreated the focus on my phone, rebooted the watch and synced my focus status across devices so the watch may mimic the non-sleep mode on my watch.
