Uploading pictures

When i upload to facebook my picture goes blurry. But before its fine. I have good internet and an iphone 14, I dont get it lol

Photos blurry in gallery until i zoomed in When I take a picture and see it in the photo gallery. That photo is blurred and it's only clear when I zoom in. That picture will be blurred again if I go out and look at it again. Problem here is i upload this photo in social media or transfer to pc, that photo will still be blurred until i zoom in. Low quality photos when uploading in story messenger Hello! Can you please help me I am using iphone 12 right now, but when I am uploading to story messenger or facebook the photo quality is so blurred and low quality.
