Iphone14ProMax Battery Health

I have been using iphone 14 pro max for last 10 months and battery health has come down to 91%. This has happened as soon as I downloaded 17.0.1

Battery Health Percentage Drop:

This is normal. Unfortunately, there is not way to determine why nor when the Battery Health decreased. Apple recommends you get a new battery, when he BAttery Health reaches 80% or less. So, you are fine for now.
