Bluetooth unavailable on iPhone 15 Pro Max

I’ve been on the phone with 2nd level support for 2 days, I’ve not had the issue since he had me reset my phone and not reinstall the backup of my phone, annoying and he made me drive to 3 seperate places I’ve had issues but, touch wood it’s not been a problem since.

This is the exact problem on my iPhone 15 pro max. At the beginning, it is fine. But after I installed an app called kastlepresence to ustilise Bluetooth to open my office lift and door. It started to have this issue but it would disappear if I close that app. And today, it become persistent and my phone cannot even connect my Bluetooth earbuds. Reboot phone a few times and no luck to fix.

I have had this problem since I got the iPhone 15 pro. Have complexity rebuilt (not form backup) and taken it to the Apple Store 3 times and nothing worked

however. Yesterday I installed 17.2

BE TA 2 and I have not had the issue in 24 hours. I think they have fixed it. You just need to wait for the official release

Talked to a staff at Apple Store and they confirmed this issue only happens in Australia. Staff who use iPhone 15 Pro at Chatswood Apple Store have the same issue. The staff told me an engineer has been sent from US headquarter to Australia to investigate this annoying issue. Currently there is no fix until an update is available.

Just noticed I was still on 17.1.2 and updated to 17.2 which appears to have fixed the issue

Seconding this. Seems to be fixed under 17.2

Have you updated to 17.2? My phone now works seemlessy with all blue tooth devices

Problem appears to be fixed with 17.2 b 2 version installed this morning. 6 hours no dropouts so far

I have the same issue i took it 3 times to apple store they replaced the hardware

They reset the software

they reset the whole phone

until the last option they offered me a replacement and unfortunately the same issue seems to still happen in the same spot in bankstown square

where i work and i work there full time 😩😩

Be patient and wait for the release of 17.2. And if impatient sign up for the developer/Be ta program

People said 17.2 not 17.1.2
