Bluetooth unavailable on iPhone 15 Pro Max

New iPhone 15 Pro Max (this issue is happening another friend of mine also in a different work location). Bluetooth has been fine for 24 hours, as soon as I got to my office building, bluetooth started to crash, and cycle between "unavailable", "on" and "off". Apple tech support said I need to replace my phone. Highly unlikey, it's 99.99% a software issue, possibly with smart focus modes.

When I leave my building, restart my phone, the issue goes away. When I even enter my building the issue happens again, even with location services off. Another reason could be a flood of Bluetooth devices in an office causing the service to crash

I’ve been on the phone with 2nd level support for 2 days, I’ve not had the issue since he had me reset my phone and not reinstall the backup of my phone, annoying and he made me drive to 3 seperate places I’ve had issues but, touch wood it’s not been a problem since.

Thanks god. I am not sure if it is related to any magnetic field or radio waves. I tested Sat, Sun and Monday today. Last two days the problem still happened but today it seems to be ok in my gym.

Just be aware that with the Beta program, you will get no support from Apple,

They blamed hardware issues on my macbook pro (crackling speakers) on the beta.

That may be the case. But arguably those not on the beta program aren’t getting support for this fundamental fault either!

I am a little bit regret to buy iPhone 15 Promax. They should provide an update as soon as possible. It really affects customers’ experience. It happens to me again during night time power 30%。

Updated to IOS17.1.2.

Still having the same issue. I thought they included this bug fixed. But apparently not. However, I feel Bluetooth connection gets better.

Public release next week.

I'm in 17.1.2 (and currently in an office in Macquarie Park) and getting the issue. So frustrating.

I bought iPhone pro max one month back. It is not synchronizing with my iWatch and bluetooth is not connecting with my Lexus and other devices. I never had any bluetooth problem with my old iphone.
