Bluetooth unavailable on iPhone 15 Pro Max

This is happening to me too! I’ve been given a replacement device as a result but it is still happening on the new device. They did a factory reset and recommended to not restore settings back up and apps, only photos, contacts, and notes but issue is still persistent. I got home and it worked fine.

15P. Replaced my XR yesterday. Updated to latest OS--17.0.3 upon first boot. Only thing the 15P can see is the Apple Watch. My JBL headphones cannot be detected, nor anything else bluetooth related.

It shows my watch, and under OTHER DEVICES, it just spins and doesn't show anything that should've been ported over from the XR. It just spins and spins and spins...

So unsure why but my issue has completely gone away. The second time I entered the office (the week after), the issue was gone. Bluetooth working completely normal. No updates or resetting needed.

was prepared to do a full reset and re-upload photos from iCloud etc etc, but once I got through the doors the issue was gone

This has been happening to me too on my Iphone 15 Pro Max. Observed the issue when I was going to the gym at the ground floor Carlingford Court NSW. This issue happened multiple times in and around the same area. Can I please know if this is a software issue, because if it is a hardware issue I'm within my 14 day period where I can just ask for a refund? I have the latest IoS and have done the network reset. The issue still persists. Quite disappointed that this happens as my older Iphone 11 Pro Max was a breeze to work with :(

I went to Apple Store today and they suggest me to replace the mid system, which I don’t want to do it coz I feel the issue will still exist after reading so many comments. And also it should be fully replacement rather than just mid system replacement. I only purchased one month ago.

Yes, the staff says they can replace everything in the middle except the front screen and back case. I really don’t want to do it coz I just got my iPhone 15 pm a month ago. And my phone needs such a big operation.

They also suggest me to reset everything and set the phone as a new iPhone. I really don’t want to do it.

i went to Apple Sydney CBD. They seem they never heard anything similar to our cases.

very disappointed, as an Autistic individual, shopping centres are **** without my Airpods.

Getting the same issues. Apple support online and /phone did detect a hardware fault and sent me to the very unhelpful staff at Apple Highpoint Melbourne. Thought I was insane and did not offer an RA or replacement. Running out of time to return this under 30 day policy and scared I will be stuck with a very defective product.

I have so many issues with my iPhone 15 pro, in the beginning the stickers not works in the messages (ios17.1 fixed) and constantly on/off Bluetooth. Now it has static while charging. Already contact apple support there're no solutions provided.

thanks, never noticed that this only happens when I am in the office. Like everyone else I have the same issue but on iPhone 15 Pro. My personal phone is not connected to my work network at all, so no VPN etc. but Bluetooth goes unavailable, on, off, unavailable constantly. Hope they find a solution ASAP.

but yeah so frustrating. It was frustrating more when my Tesla app kept saying phone key not available every time it goes unavailable so had to turn notifications off

I got my new iPhone 15PM on the 6th December 2023, and my Bluetooth worked for 10 days. I was on holiday so did not worry about it. Now that I am back home I see that none of my devices can see the iPhone’s Bluetooth as it is not transmitting

I am running IOS 17.2.1

any ideas

also my wifi power is always low, my iphone13 picks up stronger wifi signals

Is there a fix for this yet? I’m still having this issue with an iPhone 15 pro and I have the most recent update too.

It mainly happens when I’m trying to airdrop something, the Bluetooth just shuts off and then I’m unable to use airdrop.

So I logged out my iCloud and it’s started showing Bluetooth unavailable Not wanting to re log in this same iCloud I logged out now also wanting reset all settings at the same time always hanging and not allowing me access my phone at all

This issue is happening for me too, on iPhone 15 pro max. Airpods continue to drop off and bluetooth becomes unavailable.
