Tags on some faces

On some of my photos I get a tag just below the person saying unnamed how do I get rid of this Tag

The small face of a person with a question mark doesn’t appear on some photos even though there’s clearly someone in there. Is there a way I can tag the person with a name? I want to tag every person in my gallery with a name but the small face with the question mark that appears when you tap the “i” icon and that lets you tag the person with a name doesn’t appear on some photos, even though there is clearly a person seen. Is there any way I can still tag the person with a name?

You can turn off the display of all face naming including "unnamed" by selecting "Hide Face Names" in the View menu. I don't think you can turn off "unnamed" separately.
