I have a virus on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and I want to delete it

I think I have a virus on my iPhone. My device has symptoms of a virus, such as the phone getting hot and the battery draining faster than usual. Even if the device is not used for 5 hours without using it, the battery will be at 100. After five hours without using the phone, the phone’s battery will be at 60. I gave my phone to someone who had a problem with Softwi and the connection to his computer, and I think that his computer had a virus. Also, the first time I connected the phone to his computer, the problem appeared all the time. I hope there is a solution for my problem, and thank you.
