I did all the software updates and still no Face ID has apple been hacked?

That’s a hardware fault. You can’t fix a hardware problem with a software update.

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store. They will check it and explain your options.

FYI: You are not talking to Apple. This is a user forum. Face ID and cloud storage have nothing to do with each other.

What, exactly, is wrong? Are you getting an error message? If so, what does it say?

I don’t have Face ID despite the software update that tried to get me to buy more cloud storage. I have plenty of storage and your records should show that. If my Face ID cannot work then remove my face from all apple records.
