Control center disappeared after updating my Apple Watch

1. You shouldn’t be doing anything with your watch while driving. THAT is the first dangerous part.
2. You have to look at the watch to swipe up. THAT is another dangerous part; taking your eyes off the road is like driving with your eyes closed.
3. You DON’T have to look at the watch to press a button on the watch. THAT is a less dangerous action than looking at the watch to swipe up; but you still shouldn’t be doing anything with your watch while driving.

Having lost the swipe up feature I have tried pressing the side button. I only get the SOS feature. HELP
