Home Button not working after iOS 17.0.1 update

I have an iPhone SE 2nd Gen (2020). I updated to iOS 17.0.1 this morning from iOS 17.

Since then I have lost functionality of the Home Button. Touch ID still works, but I cannot "click" the home button to perform any functions.

Does anyone else have this problem or know of a way to fix?

Thanks

iPhone SE, iOS 17

To “support”: Why don’t you try fixing the software issue instead of giving us the same advice a Google search gives us? My phone was working perfectly fine until I foolishly updated to iOS 17. My phone was one and working when suddenly I got a notice saying the fingerprint ID was not supported on the device.
