Edit DRM-protected video files

I purchased several different cartoons from the Mac TV Store. Many of them contain two separate cartoons in each file. I want to have them in my library as separate files. I've tried editing downloaded m4v files but cannot because they are DRM-protected. How can I removed the DRM protection and split the downloaded file into two separate files?
