Solved Samsung Galaxy S9+ Android File Transfer

This fix works for the app “Android File Transfer,” it will probably work for other similar apps.

From any of the phones screens / windows, swipe down from the top of the screen to open the notifications and settings window.

If you can’t see Android systems at the bottom of the screen, make sure that you’ve scrolled down to the bottom of the page, at the bottom left-hand side of the page you will see a USB icon next to the text "Android system", at the right hand side of this line of text you will see a downwards pointing arrow, click on this, then tap on “Tap for other USB options”.

If transfer files is selected, select anyone of the other options, then repeat the above process and select file transfer, this should automatically open the app “Android File Transfer”
