Hotspot

I have an iphone xr, it was used for one period and after that it was not used for half a year. now that it is connected to another apple id, but the hotspot is lost, there is no icon for it in the settings. software is 16.1.1. how to solve the find option?

By contacting your phone carrier hotspot is their feature not Apples.
