I backed up my iPhone 13 two my Mac mini and also to the iCloud. However I've been called Apple and they said that those back ups would not include my phone history. I must have my phone history how can I make the transfer to the new phone iPhone 15 Pro?
I just restored my brand new iPhone 15 Pro from my iPhone 11 Pro iCloud backup. My entire call history was restored.

I had a problem with Quick Start that I couldn't quite figure out so I just restored from the iCloud backup I had done earlier in the day. I don't know why they would tell you that the call history wouldn't transfer. It always had for me in the past.
Please note that your iPhone only shows the most recent 100 calls and no more. Once you hit 100, the next call that comes in, knocks a call off your list. If you need a full and complete call history, you can get that from your carrier.
that's great news as as the Apple wrap told me that everything else would transfer with my iCloud back up but not my phone history. Did you use iCloud or did you just do a transfer to transfer? Thank you Terry
