Iwatch - since 10.0.1 software-unable to scroll up for DND

Have you tried to use the Control Center to access the "DND feature?"

"To open Control Center, press the side button (for watchOS 9 or earlier, touch and hold the bottom of the screen, then swipe up). You can open Control Center from any screen."

Refer to Use Control Center on Apple Watch for the appropriate Support Article. You should see this "Edit" button:

Restart Apple Watch and check if the problem is resolved.

If you have an Apple Watch Ultra 2, or a Series 9 Watch, you should also update your watchOS to 10.0.2.

That is correct, the method to access Control Center has changed in WatchOS 10. Same place, different way to get to it.

Scroll to the very bottom of the Control Center, select "Edit" and add Flashlight/Theater Mode.
