Windows iCloud Log In Screen while on Desktop Computer

Since I loaded a couple security keys to my iPhone 15 Pro, I can't log into the Windows iCloud log in screen because the keys aren't compatible. When I try to sign in with just my password, it tells me it can't use the security key. The log in screen for the windows Log in pops up every 3-5 minutes and won't go away. Do I have to delete iCloud off my computer to get the iCloud update log in to stop?

This is way beyond FRUSTRATING.

Endless iCloud login loop on Windows Not sure what initiated the issue, but I can login to iCloud in the web fine, but not in to iCloud on Windows. It asks for a password, authenticates with an allow/don't allow on my iPhone, supplies the 6 digit code on the phone that I enter into Windows, then a few second or a minute later it comes back to the login box. After reading several other posts over the years it seems that not sequence of uninstall/reinstall works reliably, so I'm not going to bother with that.

Unable to turn on iCloud Passwords & Keychain on iPhone I was trying to turn on iCloud Passwords & Keychain so that I can sync them between my iPhone and the iCloud account on my computer. When i go into the options on my iPhone the toggle button is always just greyed out and doesn't allow me to turn it on. Two factor authentication is already on. I've tried logging out of iCloud and then back in. I cannot figure out what is preventing me from using it? I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max running on iOS 18.5.

icloud passwords stop syncing with Windows today I updated iphone to iOS 16.6 last night. This morning when I got on the Windows PC, icloud passwords required me to "Approve" it's use. It was a new button in the iClouds app on the PC. Now all my passwords are gone on the PC side. It looks like it's in a continual attempt to sync but now passwords are coming over. I've tried to logout and reboot on the PC side as well as logout on the iPhone side. Nothing works. Any ideas? Again this has worked fine since the support for PCs was first launched.
