The Apple ID Verification email didn’t match my Apple ID email that is linked to my passcode. I don’t remember the old e-mail code and don’t know how to change it to my new email.

I’ve just got a new phone that was uploaded with my old data. I am unable to upload new apps because the email that the apps associate with my account is outdated(doesn’t match my current Apple ID) and B I don’t know how to update it.

The apple account verification for many apps (gmail, amazon, other google apps) are trying to restore but asks for the password of my son's email account instead of mine. I cant log into my icloud account I traded in my phone and i used a new iCloud but I'm logged into one of my accounts that have my old iCloud but i don't have any access to it just my number and to log into to my old iCloud i need a verification code from that email but i no longer have access to that email just my number please help.
