I was sending a payment through Apple Pay and I put the wrong number and pie the wrong person

if the payment hasn’t been accepted you can cancel it. Long press on the dollar amount in messages to invoke the menu to cancel.

if the funds were accepted, you’ll need to ask for the money back.
