MacBook Air Activation lock "scammer"

Good afternoon. Need help, a child accidentally used someone else's Apple ID on a MacBook m2, the laptop rebooted with someone else's ID. The scammers are asking for money, the amount is insignificant, but I still don’t want to pay. There are photos of all the scammers’ correspondence: Apple ID and password with which you logged into your MacBook. After all, there must be support from the company we use. I wrote to the chat and was told, and also filled out the form to unlock the device, that in 7 days the support guys would contact me to reset the activation, they asked if I had proof? I myself am from Belarus, the laptop was bought on credit, there is a purchase and sale document with name, model, etc., as well as a box with all the stickers. Tell me what awaits me? Will there be a positive decision for me from Apple?
