Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. For issues with iCloud email, the steps under "Things to check first" and "If you need help sending or receiving mail on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch" should help: If iCloud Mail isn't working - Apple Support
If those steps don't help, let us know more:
- Since menu options can vary, which software version shows in Settings > General > About?
- Do any alerts appear in the Mail app, and if so, what do they say?
- If you use another email account, are you able to receive emails with that account?
