VPN through iPhone Mobile Hotspot

Cannot find any posible configuration o my iPhone to share my VPN connection over the mobile Hotspot option... this feature is not implement on iPhone yet?

We are already on 2023...

iPhone hotspot force IPv4 for connected devices instead of IPv6 I have a Reliance Jio SIM card in my iPhone. When I use the iPhone to create a hotspot and connect my MacBook Pro to it, it is assigned an IPv6 address. If I use an Android phone hotspot (with the same SIM card as above) and connect my MacBook Pro, it is assigned a IPv4 address. I want to force my iPhone to also give out IPv4 addresses to its connected devices. Please help.
