This is it! Disabled little snitch and everything went back to normal.
The same thing is happening to me yet i have no VPN or antivirus on my laptop. i’m honestly very confused
Uninstall your VPN app! Then restart the mac. It worked right away. Not enough turning the VPN off, it runs on the background. Thank you Apple Suupprt.
Guess I won’t toss the mac :)

Update: it happened again, still debugging.
Little snitch turned OFF did the trick. Must be outdated version (looks like needs 5.7.1).

One bit to add: I had to disable settings > time and date > auto date & time prior to these steps.
I had the same issue… I was able to fix it with sibling my little snitch ;(
I finally got rid of this issue, cause for me was the new Microsoft Teams. After switching back to the now so called classic variant, I had no more connection drop outs.
