Update air pods pro2

unable to update AirPod pro 2

I’ve tried everything from MacBook to iPad .

I’m thinking of taking pro 2 back to Apple exchange for pro 1st gen

Re : firmware , I’ve attached photo below .

Nothing happens when i updated phone and Mac the air pods hadn’t changed. Also settings for conversation boost is not accessible,

even though it’s still available.
