Hi i have a problem with kid account, in my subscription, they show that my son can access to apple arcade shared by me. But in his ipad, they require to monthly payment to play games in apple arcade. Anyone has the same issue?? Please help to solve it!!

Wondering if your son is logged in correctly to his iPad with his own Apple ID:
Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support
Check you have added your son correctly: Add a family member to your shared subscriptions - Apple Support
Your son likely still needs to "join" on his device ... He should see a message that he has access to the subscription when he tries to subscribe. More about that in step 3 here: Join Apple Arcade
