How to connect to power?

I want to update my IOS but it says that I am not connected to power that is why it can’t go through the updating of this device. How to connect to power?

It is likely the battery is too low for a safe software update without the risk of crashing. Connect your phone on its charger.

IPad Air 5Gen stuck on iPadOS 16.7.10 and will not update. According to the end of life table my iPad Air 5 Gen should be able to update its iPadOS more current than 16.7.10 which is where it is currently stuck.
