Hi JessicaNJacob,

In order to retrieve all of the data from your previously used iPhone, you would need an existing backup that can be restored to your replacement. Just to be sure, let's see if there's an existing backup from an iPhone by following the steps outlined in this article: Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

This is the best method to see if you can restore a more recent backup to your iPhone, if one exists.

Now if you already restored a backup, but not all of your information is appearing, then you'll need to reset the replacement iPhone to factory settings and set it up again. During the set up process you'll be able to select an existing backup to your replacement. To reset an iPhone to factory settings you can follow these steps: How to factory reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Kind regards.
