Back up issue

You will have to follow the instructions in the guides listed below. It will involve resetting the iPhone back to factory settings and then restoring the iPhone from the correct backup.

You can 👉  Return the iPhone to Factory settings and then 👉 Restore the iPhone from the previously created backup.
