I’ve scheduled a courier through apple store to pick up my trade in iphone. Courier never came on the schedule date. I have no options in any emails to ask what happened or delivery it myself. What to do?
PS I got the trade in kit already.

If your Apple Store is where you can go to it then you can go in to complete the trade in.
