Missing trade-in kit for online iPhone purchase I recently bought a new phone online for pick up. I decided I wanted to trade in my phone, but I never got any tracking label or confirmation of a trade in. All I see on my order status is “pending trade-in kit shipment.” Is this normal? Generally the return package (containing a label for the destination address) should be sent separately 5-10 days after receiving the new device. Then you have 14 days to return your old device.
