My voicemail messages are going to my husband’s phone, too.

Ever since the last IOS update, voicemail messages to my phone also go to my husband’s phone, and vice versa. How do we stop this from happening? I checked our phone settings and calls are only going to the number dialed and cal forwarding is off.

Likely because you share the same Apple ID with your husband, which you shouldn't be doing. Not only can your husband listen to your voicemails, he can see every call you make or receive AND if he wants, he can read your text messages as well.

If you don't want to share such personal details with your husband, you need to unshare your Apple ID and then use Family Sharing to share content such as photos, iCloud Storage, Apple Music, etc. Below are two links to help you with this:

I have continually used Apple computers since 1989 (IIci) and this issue is more proof that Apple has lost its desire to make their products easy to use. I've been using iPhones since they came out, when there was no such thing as Family Sharing. It was NEVER a problem sharing the Apple ID... until now. Thanks Apple! Thanks for breaking something that worked perfectly fine, and giving me a homework assignment. I miss the days when they really cared about the end user.

I went to my account with Amazon and we do have Kindle books there. There all still in our library. I completely forgot about them. I do a lot on Amazon. I'm a Vine reviewer for Amazon and have a special website where I go and can choose from thousands of items in loads of categories and get items shipped to me for free in return for an unbiased review. I get almost all my Apple Watch bands there as sellers offer some really interesting and nice bands. Free is a great thing!
