Lost Single Airpod and Airpod setup incomplete

I lost my right airpod yesterday but didnt find out till later. I checked Find My and it seemed to be working at first but i was still struggling to find the location of the airpod. Now it’s saying that the setup is incomplete, my phone is up to date, Find My is turned on for my phone and airpods. What should i do now?

Troubleshooting Lost AirPods:

Use of Find My and AirPods:

Was Find My enabled for these through a device? The location shown in Fin My is only the location of the device that these were synced with was itself connected to the Internet. This is because AirPods are not Assigned their own IP Address.

II. If Find My is Not Working, here are Some Thoughts:

A. Backtrack your Locations:

Do it the olde fashioned way and backtrack your locations. For instance, if you were at a retail store, then stop in, asking the store manger if it was placed aside.

B. Lost-&-Found:

Chick with the Lost & Found department of the facility you were in, seeing if it has been handed over.

C. Contact Local Authorities:

See if the community police, or local security guards at the front door, can across it.

D. Use Craigslist:

Put a post on Craigslist, seeing if they have been found.
