My Apple Watch no longer wakes with raising my wrist after watchOS update
After the most recent update (1 week ago) my Apple Watch no longer wakes with raising my wrist.

We'll be glad to help out. One common cause for this happening is that you may inadvertently have theater mode enabled.
This can be checked and disabled via Control Center as outlined in Use Control Center on Apple Watch - Apple Support
