Have run diagnostics and received code PPP020 ... I can find no reference to this code anywhere? Any thoughts?

I encountered the identical code, PPP020, during the diagnostic examination. This code pertains to the power port, which assesses charging. Upon rerunning the test with my charger connected, I experienced no issues.

The same thing happened to me, my M1 Pro 16 inch is throttling and fan is always on. Not sure what happened all of a sudden.
Any solution?
Make sure that you're using the correct power adapter, disconnect the power adapter from the computer and wall outlet, then reconnect. Run the test again.
Hey so i went to the apple store and i was told by them that when you run diagnostics they expect you to run it with magsafe connected so maybe you didn’t connect it it thought that there is an issue that’s why it’s not getting power so I suggest you to connect your magsafe and run it and see if it still shows you this error thanks
