my airpods pro 2nd generation will not update to the new version. it's still stuck on 5E315.

Although my aiipods pro 2 is connected to my iphone, it cannot update to the latest firmware. it still stuck on version 5E315. Also, it does not switch automatically to my ipad pro. I need some help , please. Thank you.

Hello sergeirie1991,

As you may know, the latest firmware version for the AirPods Pro 2nd generation is 6A300. If you've tried for several days to update the firmware to no avail, you can set up an appointment at an Apple Store or with an Apple Authorized Service Provider to update it.
