Hi please help me, I have some problems with my laptop

My MacBook trackpad is not clicking properly. What are some ways to troubleshoot this physical issue?

Haptic click in trackpad not working (MBP 2019) Hi, Since today, my trackpad stopped giving me the click from the haptic feedback motor. The trackpad still works as normal, in the sense that when I push a certain way, it clicks in the mac. Also touch with more force works as I can click and use the lookup function separately. I followed all the steps online, and updated my software. After this was done, the trackpad worked again. The motor felt smooth again, not indicating that this could be a hardware issue. I put the laptop to sleep, and when I later came back, the click was gone again. I have now reset NVRAM, nothing has changed. What could this be, how can I fix it?

You should reset your laptop. In the past, I have one time with the same problem. But when I reset my laptop. Everything is fine.

I think it is very long time not to shut down is the reason.
