My return box came damaged, not usable. How do I request a replacement?

trading in my old iPhone, and the return box sent to me came damaged. It’s unusable. How do I request a new one?

Getting Another Send-In Box:


Request Another Box from Apple:

If the box is named, then you need a new box. So, hav them send you a new one. Take a photo of the damage, in case you need to prove something to them, such as where the damage particularly is.

Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
