Transferring Contacts Between iPhone and iPad:
Sync Through iCloud:
Sign in to the same Apple ID on both devices, and then enable Contacts in iCloud Settings. If these were synced in the iPhone's settings, then all are expected to be accessible to the iPad.
On Both Devices:
- Click: Settings
- Tap: your Name (top item)
- Tap: iCloud
- Tap: Contacts (so that it is green)
- Tap: Calendar (so that it is green)
