iPhone contacts are not syncing to iPad
My iPhone contacts are not synched to my iPad. What can I do to synch contacts?

Are both your iPad and iPhone both signed-in to iCloud with the same Apple Account - and have you enabled iCloud Contacts on both devices?
Settings > [Your Name / Apple Account] > iCloud > [Saved to iCloud] See All > Contacts - set to ON
