Apple Watch Ultra 2 - eSIM

With the latest Ultra Watch - I would like to understand if I can bring a watch purchased in US - to Europe - and use an eSIM from an EU service Provider?

I noticed that Apple Watch Ultra 2 Model A2986 is the model sold in the USA as well as in Israel (and the EU). Apple Watch Ultra from China - does the eSIM functionality work abroad? Hi everyone, I’m currently in China and would like to buy an Apple Watch Ultra. I’ve been to 2 different Apple stores. While the guy in the first store told me that the watch should be fully functioning abroad. The guy in the second store said, that the cellular functionality via eSIM may not work when I’m back in Europe. Does anyone have experience with using eSIM from Europe in Chinese Apple products? no, people report there are 2 types of apple watch models with cellular

1 which can be used in usa, canada, mexico and porto rico

and

one which can be used in the rest of the world
