My house was accidentally caught on fire, it was so bad that almost everything got burnt. Luckily my Macbook is kinda fine, except the fire was so bad, firefighter pour a bunch of water into my house, my Macbook was dead with water inside, its dead with my file inside. Unfortunately, my Macbook didnt buy any Apple Care, do it still cost the same as the repair cost?

Given what happened, I'd think it's a total loss. With no warranty coverage, the money to repair will likely be better applied to a new, or newer, Mac.
Unless you have backups that escaped the Fire and Water, I'd think your data is a total loss too. If you have your data in iCloud or a cloud based backup service it's still there.
I do have a backup in a external hard drives a long time ago, but I dont think that it was still alive anymore...
Can I still get care with my Macbook?
