Macbook pro damage after submitting to repair center

I had purchase Apple Care+. My Macbook pro damage after submitting to repair centre. I would like to request a repair for my device, which I believe is covered under this plan. I was handling my device very carefully. I would like to clarify that there is absolutely no possibility of liquid damage caused by my actions and the device has not been damaged at my end in any way.

I would appreciate it if you could proceed with the necessary repairs at your earliest convenience. Please let me know if any further information or documentation is needed.

Thank you

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.6
