SIM not valuable pop up

Ever since I updated to iOS 17 I’m gettin no sim pop up and phone on SOS.

it resolved for a bit when I shut down. Then returns

iPhone 12 Pro

Contact your carrier, it seems your sim card has an issue.

Alternatively, if using a physical sim card, eject the sim card tray, and re-seat the sim card.
