After updating my iPhone 15 to iOS 26 it asks for the SIM Pin every morning. Do someone have the same issue? How can I fixed it?

This is now commonly reported since 26.0.1 and there is a chance that it is restarting overnight.
Yes, turn off SIM PIN until the next update and REPORT the bug https://apple.com/feedback
Did you disable the SIM PIN code in Settings/Mobile Service/SIM PIN -> SIM PIN -> OFF ?
