I purchased an apple battery pack magna safe and it will not connect to find my
iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 17

FWIW, I don't believe the Apple MagSafe Battery Pack supports Find My. Also, just to be sure. Are you referring to the MagSafe Battery Pack or the MagSafe Wallet?
Did you purchase this device new directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller?
