iPhone 15 Pro WiFi Issues

Just got the new I phone 15 Pro and definitely having WiFi connection issues.

It's not staying connected for any length of time

So when on calls with my new phone, the other party keeps saying I am breaking up. Not isolated to my office . Happens anywhere I go when wifi is on and making calls

Anyone having same issues ? & Does anyone know of a solution ?

Are we waiting for a software update ?

TIA

Doug

UPDATE: So I was having the exact same issue. I tried all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. One thing DID work!

This is definitely a software configuration issue. I completely wiped my phone of all settings and data except for my eSIM. Then restored my phone from iCloud backup. Now the WiFi is working properly. Same for my other devices that were experiencing this issue. Completely wipe and reinstall from backup. I noticed that a lot of old app data and settings were finally wiped out and everything is working much smoother.

I am also having the same issue. I actually have both a 14 Pro and the new 15 Pro. The 14 is from my work. The 14 stays connected to my WiFi consistently and reconnects after restarting or leaving and coming home. The new 15 Pro frequently disconnects from my same WiFi network and loses the password. I have to manually reconnect and renter the password every time. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting and the issue persists.

Now in an interesting coincidence, I’ve noticed that my new Apple TV 4K just purchased in February 2024 is now also having similar issues as is my Vision Pro. But My MAC M1, MAC M2 and Mac Mini Intel are all fine. Wondering if this is a software issue maybe?

Today I had an appointment at the genius bar regarding this as I'm too having issues with my wifi.

I can't add anything new to the discussion regarding the drops outs I'm facing but the genius said he had see it many times before and has been escalating each one for a few months now. The interesting thing is that he has only ever seen this issue on the natural titanium iPhone pro.

No other colour, no other model.

Absolutely disgusting that Apple is doing nothing. Went to Genius Bar and spoke to two techs on the phone. They can’t find solution other than telling me to reset phone to “as new” ?! I have over 80apps and they said that’s the only way to see if the issue resolves. If it does, then I need to install all app as individually, not from the back up. What a waste of time and money !
