Bluetooth not working after monterey update

I have done all the solutions to try to fix my bluetooth issue. I cant turn it on and can't use an external usb bluetooth adapter either. Tried to reset SMC, NVRAM, Safe Mode, sudo pkill, diagnostic and then talked to apple support and did a reload of Mac OS. Nothing works. I have a 2015 Macbook Air. Is there a solution or do I just junk this macbook and buy a PC? This computer did not get alot of use and without bluetooth, it is worthless to me. Any other solutions are appreciated
