I have used the AirPrint for several years. But for some reason, I can no longer print, well, it comes out blank. It recognized the printer and I even have a preview but when it prints out, It's a Blank Page. Any help would be appreaciated. I recently upgraded to the IOS 17.02. Does that have anything to do with it? Need Help. I use this option at my work when people send me pics. I use the Iphone 11 Pro

I updated to iOS17.3 a couple days ago. In my previous post I laid out how I managed to print with my earlier iOS17 updates. I had to go through the same process of iPhone hard rese with router and printer both off; restart router then phone then printer. After 3 tries it worked and is still working 4 days later. Only remaining issue is I now must wake up the printer manually in order to print from Photos.

Apple isn’t even addressing the issue, they act as if they are unaware and as if the issue doesn’t exist with iOS17.
Then they removed the post and sent me an email that says: We removed your post “AirPrint is printing blank pages.”
I also see the removed the person’s comment before mine that only said that he installed iOS 17.3 and the issue still exist.
Crazy that they can go through these forums and remove factual comments but can’t acknowledge the issue and fix it.
I have the same problem, this happen to some images only. I try to print a few image from my phone over AirPrint, some pictures came out fine, but some are empty white pages.
I'm running the latest OS on iPhone 12 Mini (17.3)
Hello.. I am having the same issue. It’ll print images from my iPhone but not words. Not even from notes. The test page from my laptop works fine. It’s just from my iPhone. Has anyone figured this out yet? Thanks :)
Will be migrating 20 sites and over 50,000 devices to android in May if it has not been resolved by then. We are on a 3 year replacment scheme which nets apple around $40,000,000 every 3 years for reference.
My comment was deleted a 3rd time. Apple clearly cares more about its reputation and sweeping its issues under the rug.
I can confirm we will be migrating all 50,000+ devices to android at the end of their 3 year replacement scheme. I'll also be forwarding on the reports/documentation of comments being deleted to our Apple accounts management for follow-up as this is simply unacceptable.
This has been a problem for me for ages, have updated my IOS and running 17.4.1 and it's STILL not working. Ridiculous, printer is working fine from my windows laptop over wifi, will print from Notes app on iphone but come on, really??? Every time we want to print anything from our iphone we need to copy and paste it into a Notes file??? WTF. This is even more difficult now Apple insist on forcing a title header onto Notes and all sorts of formatting rubbish that is just not needed. I just want a simple notes app like a good old fashioned .txt file to dump text into on my phone, why do you have to over complicate things and F&*K them up!? But that's another story. JUST FIX THE PRINT ISSUE SO WE CAN PRINT WIRELESSLY FROM OUR PHONES!
Has anyone tried airdropping since this update? As well as printing blank pages my airdrop no longer picks up any devices nearby
Thought the 17.1 update might have fixed this. Still printing blanks and no one showing up in airdrop
17.1.1 just dropped today, and still did not fix this issue, still printing blank pages. COME ON APPLE, GET THIS FIXED ALREADY!!!!!

Use this feature all the time at the office. Thankfully two older iphones are still working. Mine (Iphone 15) has just started with blank pages
me too! I've tried hard reset on both printer and iphone 15... nothing is working.
